The firm is located in Ishpeming in central
Marquette County, but practices in all 15
counties of the Upper Peninsula of
Michigan. We are located a few miles
from Marquette, which is the site of the
Marquette County Courthouse (Circuit,
Probate and District Courts) and also of
the Federal Building (site of the United
States District Court for the Western
District of Michigan and the United
States Bankruptcy Court). Attorneys from
the firm are admitted to, and practice
regularly in, all of these courts.
Steward and Sheridan, P.L.C. was
formed in 1980 to provide a wide range
of legal services to persons and
businesses primarily in the central Upper
Peninsula of Michigan. We have three
attorneys and four legal assistants to
provide the highest quality legal services
to our clients.
